A Double Contact Plate Freezer is the efficient solution for freezing and cooling foods of all kinds. Icelings improves the reliable means to quick freeze fish, shrimp or any other product onboard vessels or onshore. Our heavy duty double contact plate freezer is simple in design and is rugged. The frozen food retains it's natural flavour and gives good appearance and quality.
COMPONENTS OF DOUBLE CONTACT PLATE FREEZER
Cabinet: Cabinet is made up of heavy-duty structural frame, expanded polystyrene/PUF insulation and galvanised steel/stainless steel sheet cladding. The heavy-duty doors are leak proof and folding doors at the back can be provided.
Frame and Freezer Plate Assembly:- Frames are made up of welded square structural steel with epoxy primer and polyurethane finish.
- Freezing plates are made from hollow Aluminum extruded sections, suitable for very low temperatures with specially designed passages for refrigerants.
- Standard plate sizes provided are 62” x 72” (0.A68” x 43”) or to suit customers requirements.
- Heavy-duty high pressure hoses are used, which are suitable for low temperature. These are convoluted stainless steel hoses with stainless steel over braiding.
